Welcome to my newsletter. Every couple of weeks, I will be (1) exploring a particular topic at the intersection of technology, business strategy, and policy; and (2) picking out ~5 articles / analyses I found particularly interesting. Over the past few years, I’ve become increasingly intellectually interested in how we form opinions. It’s easy to look around us and listen to crowds. It’s difficult to synthesize all the arguments and come to an independent judgment. Yet it is by having the discipline to think independently, at times against the wisdom of the crowds, that we produce new ideas and innovation.
